I’m Raymond, and I’m a development team manager specializing in web applications.

I am an agile advocate and a big fan of kanban boards. I believe all developers want to do a good job and to learn. My job is to enable them to do so.

I thoroughly enjoy helping my team to bring beautifully designed web applications to life. I also enjoy coding, designing software, API’s, and systems spanning the entire stack (From the network layer to the application layer).

These things make me a happy manager. :-)
